  4. Once the ginger garlic paste changes colour add onion paste and slitted green chillies with turmeric, red chilli and coriander powder with salt..
  5. And cook on sim till oil separates, to this add whisked curd and fried okra and leave till all the masala gets cooked well.
  6. Lastly, add coriander leaves and serve with phulkas..
