The ingredients needed to cook Onion Chutney:

  1. You need 4 of Onion (Roughly Chopped).
  2. Take 6-7 Tablespoon of Water.
  3. Provide To taste of Salt.
  4. You need 1 pinch of sugar.

  13. Provide 2 teaspoon of Kashmiri red chilli powder.
  14. Prepare As needed of curry leaves.
  15. Get To taste of Dry roasted Masala.
  16. Get 1 teaspoon of Coriander (Sabut) whole.
  17. Provide 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds whole.
  18. Take 1/2 teaspoon of Fenugreek seeds.
  19. Provide 1 teaspoon of Fennel seeds whole.
  20. You need 4 of Red chili (dry) remove it's seeds after roasting.

Instructions to make Onion Chutney:

  1. First take a Kadhai and place it on the gas. Turn on the flame then add Oil. When it starts smoke 🔥 then add garlic and saute it for few seconds, then add Chopped Onions. Saute it till it's turn it colour to translucent..

  7. Tempering: take a Kadhai add oil. When oil start smoking then add panch furan, urad dal, curry leaves. Wait for it to cracks. Then add kashmiri red chilli powder. Then add all grinded masala to it, add little more water to it and cook it in Medium flame for 5 mins. Till it's all water 💦 evaporate..
